The law firm of Jarve Kaplan Granato, LLC focuses its practice on serious personal injury matters. All of the partners in our firm have had numerous multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of our clients. The five attorneys in our firm total over 120 years of collective legal experience. Mati Jarve and Michael A. Kaplan are both certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Civil Trial Attorneys. Mati is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. Michael taught Trial Advocacy at Rutgers University Law School-Camden for many years and is on the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association-New Jersey. Similarly, Rosalind T. Kaplan has taught at Villanova University Law School for many years and is on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Anthony Granato has extensive trial experience in both the state and federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to his law degree, Adam Starr has a degree as a registered nurse and handles medical malpractice matters.

The firm’s primary office is in Marlton, New Jersey with additional offices in Bridgeton, New Jersey, Woodstown, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, we regularly meet with clients in their homes or in the hospital as needed. Our attorneys are licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona. We also accept select cases in other jurisdictions nationwide. Even if we can’t accept your case we can usually refer you to an attorney that will consult with you and provide the necessary help.
