Anthony
Granato is Board Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He received
his law degree from Ohio Northern University
in 1986, where he was the Research Editor of
the Law Review. His legal experience
and training involve a wide variety of civil
litigation, ranging from plaintiff and defense
product liability matters to product liability,
civil rights, commercial, and insurance litigation. He
has tried cases, including plaintiff medical
malpractice and construction accident cases,
to jury verdict in both Pennsylvania
and New Jersey. Further, he has briefed
and argued matters before the Supreme Court
of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania,
the Untied States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit and lower Appellate Courts in
both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He
has been involved in many matters where clients
recovered by verdict or settlement in excess
of one million dollars. Additionally,
in Volume 21 book two of the Ohio Northern
University Law Review, he authored “Architect
Liability For Injuries to Workers- Is There
A Duty To Design A Building That Is Safe To
Construct?” Currently, he is primarily
focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation,
with an emphasis on complex matters. Moreover,
he studies, on a part time basis, Organizational
Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania.
